🎃✨ PUMPKIN NAILS CANCELLATION POLICY ✨🎃

Hey lovelies! To keep my little pumpkin patch running smoothly, please take a peek at my policy below ⤵️💛

🧡 £10 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your Pumpkin Nails appointment, this is taken off of your remaining balance.

✨If you need to rearrange your appointment to another date your deposit will be moved over providing…

🍂 48 hours’ notice minimum is needed for cancellations

🎃 If you cancel within 48 hrs, your booking fee is forfeited.

👻 No-shows or on the day cancellations must pay the full service amount before begin able to book with me again.

🍁 Arriving 15+ minutes late may mean your slot is lost. (Depending if this will effect another appointment) if your appointment slot is to be lost so is your booking fee.

A £5 late fee must also be paid.
