🎃✨ PUMPKIN NAILS CANCELLATION POLICY ✨🎃

Hey lovelies! To keep my little pumpkin patch running smoothly, please take a peek at my policy below ⤵️💛

🧡 £10 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your Pumpkin Nails appointment, this is taken off of your remaining balance.

✨If you need to rearrange your appointment to another date your deposit will be moved over providing…

🍂 48 hours’ notice minimum is needed for cancellations

🎃 If you cancel within 48 hrs, your booking fee is forfeited.

👻 No-shows or on the day cancellations must pay the full service amount before begin able to book with me again.

🍁 Arriving 15+ minutes late may mean your slot is lost. (Depending if this will effect another appointment) if your appointment slot is to be lost so is your booking fee.

A £5 late fee must also be paid.

🍂We Follow all GDPR guidelines and only hold information from client records that are needed for your treatment. These will remain stored safely, and never given out.

By continuing to book your appointment you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and giving permission for your data to be stored.

You are also giving permission for pumpkin nails to send you email marketing on occasions ✨

This will never be abused, and can be opted out of at any time just let us know 🎃💛
